Conifer is a leading provider of hospitality and security staffing, supporting prestigious hotels, spas, and wellness venues across the UK. We are currently recruiting experienced Spa Therapists to join a luxury spa environment in Slough (SL1).
The Role
As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver high-quality treatments and ensure an exceptional guest experience in a calm, professional, and luxury spa setting. This is a flexible, part-time role, working on an as-needed basis depending on business demand. You will be expected to deliver treatments to a high standard while maintaining excellent client care and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a range of treatments including facials, massage, body treatments, and beauty services
- Provide a high standard of care and professionalism to all guests
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms before and after each service
- Escort guests to spa areas and ensure a smooth guest journey
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards at all times
- Deliver consistent, high-quality treatments in line with spa standards
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification (essential)
- Experience in massage, facials, and body treatments
- Professional, well-presented, and guest-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and confidence with high-end clientele
- Ability to deliver multiple treatments per shift
- Right to work in the UK
- Availability to work weekends and flexible shifts
