The face of a brand at activations, product launches, and exhibition stands — confident, articulate, and trained by the client to represent their product.

The role

Events Brand Ambassadors represent client brands at activations, product launches, exhibition stands, and experiential campaigns. The role goes beyond presence — workers engage with the public, demonstrate products, capture data, and act as the visible face of the brand for the duration of the campaign. Brand training is provided by the client; Conifer's role is to source, vet, brief, and deploy ambassadors who present the brand consistently and professionally.

Who it suits

The role suits articulate, confident workers who are comfortable engaging strangers, learning a product quickly, and representing a brand to its standards. It is well-suited to those with retail, hospitality, or customer-facing backgrounds, and to those building experience in marketing, PR, or events.

A typical shift

Six to ten hours depending on the activation. The day begins with the client-led brand briefing — product knowledge, key messages, demonstration technique, dress code, and any data-capture requirements. The activation runs through the agreed window with workers engaging members of the public, demonstrating the product, capturing leads or feedback, and maintaining brand presentation throughout. Wrap-up includes a debrief and any feedback the client wants captured.

  • Customer-facing experience — retail, hospitality, events, or promotional work
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Confident, articulate, and presentable — workers represent a paying brand to the public
  • Comfortable with product training, s, and key messages
  • Good at engaging members of the public without pressure or awkwardness
  • Reliable for the full activation window — brand campaigns are pre-paid and pre-scheduled
  • Smartphone literacy for any data-capture or check-in apps the client uses

 

Skills you’ll gain

  • Experience across multiple consumer brands and activation formats
  • Confidence with product demonstration and public engagement
  • Lead capture and data collection skills relevant to experiential marketing
  • A path into Brand Manager, Event Manager, and experiential marketing roles
