The role
Housekeeping Supervisors run the floor. You'll lead a team of Room Attendants, allocate the day's board, inspect finished rooms, and act as the bridge between housekeeping and the rest of the hotel. It's a role for someone who can spot a missed detail at thirty paces and coach the team to fix it without losing momentum.

A typical shift
You'll start by reviewing arrivals, departures, and stayovers, then brief the team and allocate them. From there, it's room-to-room — inspecting, releasing, escalating maintenance issues, supporting attendants who fall behind, and keeping the front desk updated as rooms come ready. You'll close the shift with handover notes for the next supervisor.
Requirements & expectations
- Previous housekeeping experience, ideally with some supervisory exposure
- Right to work in the UK
- Strong eye for detail and product knowledge
- Clear English, written and spoken, for handovers and team briefings
- Calm, supportive leadership style
