The role
Soft Services Management covers the day-to-day coordination of cleaning, front-of-house support, waste management, porterage, hospitality support and general site services. It ensures that buildings run smoothly, standards are maintained and staff are placed where they are needed most.

Requirements & expectations
- Right to work in the UK
- Experience in cleaning, facilities or soft services preferred
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- Ability to manage teams and site standards
- Understanding of health and safety procedures
- Reliable, professional and proactive approach
- Comfortable working with clients, building managers and site teams
